LLP was honored to participate in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) hosted by the British Embassy Jakarta, contributing legal insights to the Review of Consular Information for UK Nationals in Indonesia.
The discussion covered key topics, including procedures following the death of a UK national in Indonesia, legal processes and rights when a UK national is detained or imprisoned, as well as consular guidance for victims of rape and sexual violence.
